Executive Vice President of Sales & Retention
Condominium Associates (CA)

Locations in St. Pete/Clearwater, Tampa, and Ft. Myers/Naples
(866) 259-3983
condominiumassociates.com

It is a new day in the association management industry. Kathy Bramhall began her life in Indiana, and since 2002 she has called the Tampa Bay area her home. After 25-plus years in the industry, she is rethinking how Condominium Associates does business, such as what will best fit the needs of their associations and how Condominium Associates can better serve its internal staff and clients. Kathy’s job is not only to sell business for the company, a full-service association management company, providing facilities management, financial management, and administrative services, but also to help retain existing clients, and she says, “I would not trade a minute of my life in this industry.” Over the years she has found that larger companies don’t always provide good customer service, but medium-sized, locally owned companies are better able to control their practices.  By that Kathy means the company is free to tailor its services to supply customer needs, and that is what sets the company apart from our competitors. In her free time Kathy is an animal advocate and enjoys public speaking, teaching, and coaching board members.

Mariann Gerwig, CGC, HI, CFCAM

Lake Worth, FL 33463
(561) 598-4549
Mgerwig@PromarBuilding.com
www.promarbuilding.com

After 30 years in the concrete restoration industry, I retired, but I soon realized I was not ready to stop working. The owner of Promar, Alfredo Amador, whom I had worked with for almost 17 years, asked me if I would be interested in joining his company. Sharing the same work ethic and values made it a perfect match.

Years ago, at job site meetings I realized there was a disconnect between how the contractor thought and how the managers and board members thought. Originally, I pursued my CAM license to better understand our clients and their needs. I took the CFCAM course to learn even more. Now we focus on creating relationships with clients and not just getting the contract.
