Property Management Executive Regan Marock Named AKAM’s Senior Vice President, Southeast 

     AKAM, a leading residential property management company serving Florida and the New York area for nearly four decades, today announced that Property Management Executive Regan Marock has been named Senior Vice President, Southeast. 

     “Regan continues to play a key role in further developing and managing AKAM’s growth in South Florida, including expanding into the west coast of Florida,” said David Cohen, Executive Vice President of AKAM. “Regan is highly regarded by colleagues and peers throughout the Florida residential property management industry and is most deserving of this promotion.” 

    As Senior Vice President, Southeast, Regan is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of AKAM’s Southeast presence while ensuring that the company continues to meet its growth objectives. Regan will work closely with AKAM’s National Executive Team as the company further expands its service offerings and continues to make investments in people, technology, and resources. 

    With more than 17 years of industry experience, Regan is a licensed community association manager (LCAM) in Florida and holds a Florida Real Estate Associate License. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.
