AKAM Selected to Provide Property Management Services for 1182-Home Pembroke Shores Homeowners Association (HOA) 

AKAM Opens Additional Office in Pembroke Pines

     AKAM, a leading residential property management company serving New York and Florida for nearly four decades, announced they have been selected to handle property management services for Pembroke Shores, a large-scale homeowners association (HOA) with 1182 homes located at 100 SW 168th Terrace in Pembroke Pines, FL., starting November 1, 2022.

     AKAM has also opened a new office at 18501 Pines Blvd, Suite 362, in Pembroke Pines, expanding its service offerings in Broward County in addition to its Southeast Corporate Headquarters at 1815 Griffin Road, Suite 101, in Dania Beach, FL. Four employees are based at the new office. The Pembroke Pines office increases AKAM’s physical footprint throughout Florida as its portfolio of properties and units under management continues to grow. AKAM’s entire portfolio now consists of over 60,000 residential units spanning 300+ premier buildings including condominiums, co-ops, HOAs, rentals, condo-hotel hybrids, and new developments of all sizes.
