The mission was to be honest, offer the best service at a fair price, and still retain high quality employees. Celebrating its 44th year in business, CPM has firmly achieved that goal, planting its roots in South Florida serving Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties with three centrally located offices.
For more than 40 years, CPM has consistently focused on providing a premier landscape service to homeowners associations, condominium associations, and developers and builders. Access your life with Envera Systems, a full-service security company that specializes in technology-based solutions and services for communities. Envera’s mission is to partner with communities and provide security through industry-leading technology and superior customer service. With teams dedicated to innovation, Envera’s vision is to continuously support associations and improve amenity and asset protection with solutions that strengthen community value.
Envera focuses on making sure that community entrances, clubhouses, pools, and other assets are protected in a way that is not obtrusive to the quality of life. Our state-of-the-art central monitoring operations center oversees it all, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with licensed Virtual Guards.
With the revolutionary Virtual Gate Guard, Envera uses strategically placed cameras and two-way audio to allow remotely located guards to verify visitors at gated communities. Auto-verification enhancements allow the Virtual Gate Guard to immediately verify repeat and permitted visitors with driver’s license, license plate, and QR technology. Envera also secures resident lanes with access control solutions that prevent sharing credentials, can be easily deactivated, and can be managed by Envera’s security guards.
While the Virtual Gate Guard greets and screens visitors at a community entrance, Envera’s Active Video Surveillance keeps pools, parks, clubhouses, and other amenities clear of trespassers and vandals. When the area closes at night, artificial intelligence assists in monitoring and alerting Envera’s guards when anyone enters. A Virtual Guard voices down to the trespassers to tell them the area is closed. If trespassers refuse to leave, Envera can contact the local authorities.
Additionally, Envera offers accompanying solutions to secure all areas of a community when needed. As an all-inclusive provider, Envera installs, implements, services, and monitors all systems. Community security includes service and support, and that’s the Envera difference.

Once again, we are humbled and truly blessed to be selected as a Readers’ Choice Award winner company at the Diamond Level by our loyal customers. The year 2020 was unprecedented. Our goals were to keep our incredible team employed and to continue to operate as ethically and as effectively as possible. I believe we succeeded on both counts.
We did not jump on the bandwagon of air purifying or other unproven technologies/gimmicks. We went back to basics and said, “Let us come and clean and sanitize your trash chute doors.” They are touched by so many people each day—and who washes their hands before they take out the garbage? We priced the service affordably, and many properties signed up. Even at the height of the lockdown, there were still fire safety inspections and violations and smelly trash chutes. With some luck and careful planning, we not only kept everyone employed, but we also added some new team members to our family!
All of us had different challenges and different fears, but we were united in that the residents of the buildings that you manage and we service still deserved the best quality of work from the most qualified and licensed vendors. With every safety protocol in place, we continued to do our job. “Thank You” is all we can say—for being loyal; for voting for us again; for surviving 2020!
